Now, good day one and all who visits this website, I'm Over forties health & a media graduate. Next, I started this website/ blog, after going through a gynaecological surgery in March 2020, a specific event which allowed me to share my experiences with one online and over forties health considered after this massive life changing event, she wanted to share it with the globe and one who believes in women's health to date, so if you believe in women's health stick with me on my journey to living a fulfilling life after a specific life changing event.

Now, if you feel, a bit discouraged, need support for your ongoing health situation, both mentally as well as physically, look no further, then an audio diary a personal health journey podcast, which airs weekly on a Saturday morning 6am United Kingdom (UK) time.

Now, good afternoon, lovely people, today Saturday 4th December 2021, over forties health made a refreshing smoothie, and guess what everyone, it only has four ingredients to it, so if you would like the recipe, then feel free to take these following instructions down.

Ingredients to beetroot smoothie (Hannah's version)

Step one: Now, gather ingredients together and chop them up finely

One beetroot, chopped up

A quarter of a banana

8 grams of chocolate and orange spread (Jimjams) version, vegan spread

approximately 150ml of coconut milk or a milk of your choice (one cup and a little bit)

Step two: Next, combine all the ingredients together, in a blender and blend them up to a fine consistency

Step three: final step Hannah would say, pour into a glass or your choice, and taste, as well as enjoy your healthy smoothie.

      Lentil curry soup recipe (homemade) Hannah's version

      Homemade lentil curry soup recipe

      Now, this recipe is for a homemade type of soup, overforties health first made this kind of soup on December 4th 2021, after she was feeling poorly, usually, over forties health feels quite poorly after her mensuration at times & sometimes needs a vast amount of pick me ups in terms of vitamins, & good minerals, and over forties health is slowly finding natural ways to incorporate a good balanced healthy diet, so that when she feels poorly, she has a good source of natural vitamins, & minerals to go to.

      Homemade lentil curry soup recipe

      Ingredients to lentil soup include: portion of lentils, 50 grams should be good especially if one has a smaller frame or consistency after surgery, let lentils soak over night is best, however if not slow cook lentils until soft, and one can put a fork through it, then add your various spices and enjoy.

      Now, this recipe is for some healthy snacks if one is peckish, for a snack, you may want to try these healthy indulgent little treats/snacks. In gredients include, cut up some fish you may like, into pieces, season well cook fish well, add seasonings of choice, over forties health often and likes to use, cumin, cayenne pepper, tumeric, curry madras seasoning to date, but one can add whichever seasonings they fancy, thirty one grams of flour to make a very tiny batch, but adjust where necessary. Fry until brown for about two to four minutes per side on low to medium heat, with little oil.

      Now,Tuesday 7th December 2021, over forties health woke up feeling tired in mind & body, however the difference between this morning and other previous mornings in the past week, was that over forties health was determined to make it the very best day of her life no matter what. Moreover, sometimes in life one can procrastinate, puts things off, and say awww, I will do this task another time, however the truth of the matter is, that if you want to do something, you have the time, just go ahead and do it, regardless of the trials and tribulations you may face, as one doesn't want to live with regrets too much, although not a perfect world, this is something the host sometimes struggles with, but this morning, she said to herself I am going to fight no matter what it takes & no matter the competition, this was in aid of her duolingo Spanish practise which she had been doing consistently for the past 737 days.

      Now, good evening lovely people, Over forties health wanted to come in today 7th December 2021, and share her most favourite recipe creation to date, this is a lovely smoothie/ or milkshake treat or even a dessert after dinner so to speak, the world and choice is your oyster. Moreover, since a day ago, over forties health has loved this smoothie mix so much she created a milkshake version today, if one wants to try it to date you will need, 22 grams of diary free chocolate ice cream or ice cream of choice, (40 kcals), approximately, & a little water if no milk is available. Also, over forties health added 10 grams of oats porridge at the time, which is about 40 kcals approximately & a quarter of banana, which is twenty six calories, & a tiny bit of strawberry jelly, vegan friendly sauce, which is from the skinny food company, then blend all your ingredients together, & enjoy, a nice protein filled dream, but indulgent treat too, it was delicious with the ice cream (smiles), #HappyTuesday people, and remember to be kind to yourself.
